In residence, 2-room apartment for 2 to 4 people on the ground floor with sunny garden from the beginning of the afternoon, adjoining a huge lawn. Its position is privileged because it faces the sea, 100 m from the Sentier des Douaniers, the GR34 and 300 m from the beach. Small cottage between land and sea

We are the first house (or the last depending on where you arrive from) in a small very quiet hamlet between Dinan (20 minutes away) and Saint Malo (15 minutes away). The cottage is a completely independent studio on our property. It is accessible by a staircase and is not overlooked. It has a private garden, also not overlooked, with table and chairs, umbrella, coffee table and deckchairs, barbecue... The pool, heated to 28 degrees is only open in summer, from June 26 to September 6.

A sauna is accessible all year round and a private heated swimming pool, equipped with a telescopic cover, is available from April to September. IMPORTANT: Parties, gatherings or the presence of people outside the reservation are strictly prohibited and controlled.

The residence's swimming pool (open 06/15 to 09/14, unheated) is 30 m away. The house is located 250 m from the beach and the GR34 and a 5-minute walk from a park with children's games... Rothéneuf shops are 1 km away: bakery, supermarket, creperie, restaurant, bar, deli, pharmacy.
