Small cottage between land and sea

We are the first house (or the last depending on where you arrive from) in a small very quiet hamlet between Dinan (20 minutes away) and Saint Malo (15 minutes away). The cottage is a completely independent studio on our property. It is accessible by a staircase and is not overlooked. It has a private garden, also not overlooked, with table and chairs, umbrella, coffee table and deckchairs, barbecue... The pool, heated to 28 degrees is only open in summer, from June 26 to September 6.

A sauna is accessible all year round and a private heated swimming pool, equipped with a telescopic cover, is available from April to September. IMPORTANT: Parties, gatherings or the presence of people outside the reservation are strictly prohibited and controlled.

The residence's swimming pool (open 06/15 to 09/14, unheated) is 30 m away. The house is located 250 m from the beach and the GR34 and a 5-minute walk from a park with children's games... Rothéneuf shops are 1 km away: bakery, supermarket, creperie, restaurant, bar, deli, pharmacy.

Located on the first floor, the apartment has two bow windows which offer the unique feeling of being both in touch with the outside and protected from bad weather. The large beach of Saint Lunaire is accessible via a small staircase located in front of the residence, about fifty meters from the apartment. The heated outdoor swimming pool is open from mid-June to mid-September.
