Large and bright apartment of 42 m², under the roof, in a quiet street in the centre of St-Servan. Ideally located, "close to everything", between the sea (200 m from the beaches), shops and restaurants (100 m from the centre) and 500 m from the town centre. Completely refurbished in early 2021. Mezannine with a bed of 160. Fully equipped kitchen. Independent bathroom (shower). It has all the facilities and comfort for an unforgettable stay in the Malouin country. Easy and free parking.

Studio ( well secluded ) sea view, in Classified Villa, at the top of the beach, city center, 3rd without asc., shops on foot, market 500m away, GR34 downstairs. Easy parking, free on the street 140x190 bed, bathroom, kitchen (stovetop, ovens, permanent filter coffee makers, and Senseo ), kettle, hairdryer, wifi, radio, TV. Narrow spiral staircase from the 2nd to the 3rd floor (photos).

Comfort and charm for this 43 m2 south-facing apartment, on the 1st floor of an old Dinardaise house, loft-style kitchen, 1 bedroom + 1 sleeping area on the mezzanine, bathroom, free Wi-Fi, free parking on the street. Studio flat, 28m2, located on the 1st floor of a quiet residence, bright, 5 min walk from the market, the moonlight stroll and the Prieuré beach, 10 min from the town centre and the Écluse beach. Free on-street parking. Accessibility : the studio is not wheelchair accessible. However, there is a lift in the building, which requires ten or so steps to be climbed beforehand. Independent access is possible via a secure key box. Wifi Rated 2 stars since 2020.

50m from the large beach and shops, this apartment is ideal for car-free holidays! On the ground floor of a beautiful building, the apartment (completely renovated) consists of: a large living /dining room with open kitchen, 2 bedrooms (Beds 140 and 160), a sleeping mezzanine that can accommodate up to 4 young children (Hsp 115 cm), a bathroom and a toilet. (Mezzanine with 1 double bed 140 and 2 single beds 90). Linens and towels not provided. Area 75m².

Close to the center of Lancieux, 700 m from Saint-Sieuc and Briantais beaches, 15 mins from Dinard, 20 mins from St-Malo and 23 mins from Dinan. Newly furnished studio, bright living room, open kitchen, comfortable bed, TV, bathroom with toilet, closet, terrace and private parking, key box. Accommodation adjoining ours, we are easily available.

Ideally located in the heart of the village and 200 meters from the Grand Plage Charming on the ground floor. Bright interior, tastefully decorated in a cocooning spirit. The charm of the old refurbished. You enjoy a fully privatized garden, with sun loungers, dining table, barbecue and umbrella. South facing. All this is within walking distance of the most beautiful beach in Saint Lunaire and all leisure and amenities. It's all about walking!

Le Cocon 42m2: (Home sweet home) 5mn from the sea

Studio classified for tourism 3 stars - 2 nights minimum 42 m2 for two travelers -a bed 140 x 190 cm- After walking along the just a little dark corridor of a bakery that smells like fresh bread and climbing a staircase, you enter in a space revisited by a decorator (have a look at the photos). The whole is very boudoir, sweet refined, very dreamlike, clear and bright with a view of the garden: a real cocoon that makes you forget everything!
