Wood burning stove heating.Located on a peaceful rural lane close to the local village. Wonderful forest walks in close proximity. All mod cons and plenty of car parking space. Light and airy. There are numerous places of interest in the area serving a wide variety of tastes, as well as plenty of routes to explore for ramblers, walkers and cyclists.

La Berthusie is situated at the edge of Cussac a village in the Perigord/ limousine nature reserve. Peaceful and spacious it can easily host a family of 8 and more if needed. The house is surrounded by a vast garden, fruit trees, a chestnut orchard and a lovely pond. The village supermarket is a short walking distance from the house and so are the boulangerie, a cafe- restaurant/ pharmacie and the weekly market square. The "La Petite Maison" gîte, 3-star furnished tourist accommodation, where it is good to spend time. Located in the heart of nature, in the heart of Périgord Vert, only 3 minutes from Brantôme. You will enjoy staying there for its comfort and tranquility, with its south-east facing terrace, jacuzzi and garden. PLEASE NOTE: Jacuzzi included for all rentals between May 1 and September 30. Outside of this period the jacuzzi is extra, on request.
