House without vis-à-vis and quiet. Great interior decor, an improvement in outdoor furniture would be a plus. The beds are good size for adults and comfortable. Friendly and available host.

We just spent a few days of rest and beautiful visits at Grégoire's a very welcoming and available host. We particularly enjoyed the private tour of the chatelet thank you very much as well as the proximity of many castles. Recommended!

It’ an unique old house located in the middle of the nature. Lovely quiet place with big garden. Patrick and Benny are really nice hosts, very friendly. We also enjoyed company of little dog Lilly and 3 peacocks.

Great family stay in Cécile's Airbnb, very nicely furnished and decorated. As advertised, not disappointed, quite the contrary. Very well-equipped kitchen, very comfortable beds. We recommend it and will gladly come back.

Armand's house has all the comforts to spend a good stay. Special mention to the garden with the pool, with its sunsets. The village where it is located is very quiet and the bakery next to the house comes very well for those breakfasts with freshly made croissants😊. Although the house does not have a parking space for the car, on the days we were staying, we had no problems parking nearby. Armand is very attentive and quick to respond. The location is perfect for visiting castles and places of interest in the Loire. We had a vacation to remember!!!

Spent a beautiful week after Christmas with my family. Was a perfect farm stay, quiet and picturesque, lots of walks, sitting by the fire reading and cooking. All amenities well provided, had raclette on NYE. An amazing stay.

Interesting historical place to stay in the Vieux Tours neighborhood. The apartment is comfortable and renovated. Full kitchen, comfortable bed, and nice living area. As described in the listing and other reviews, it is right on Place Plumereau, which is always lively and frequently very noisy into the early morning. The windows are insulated and do a good job of insulating sound, but that means they need to stay closed throughout the night to sleep. The neighborhood (and all of Tours) is very walkable and bikeable. There are more bars, restaurants, and shops than you can list. Les Halles des Tours is a few blocks away. The Loire is a few blocks north. Christine is a responsive and proactive host. Recommended. However, caveat emptor regarding the noise at night, as Christine and other guests have noted.

Beautiful and peaceful stay in the center of Tours. The space was clean, large and filled with all the amenities you could dream of after a long day out exploring. Extremely walkable and providing parking was an extra perk. Really enjoyed our time here after spending the day visiting chateaus.

The apartment was spotless—truly cleaner than some five-star hotels I’ve stayed in. The neighborhood is ideal: peaceful, charming, and perfectly located for exploring the city. The amenities provided were of excellent quality, and everything was designed with comfort in mind. It genuinely felt like a home away from home. Totally worth the price, and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again if I return to Tours. Highly recommended!

Completely atypical house and tastefully decorated in a style mixing the rustic of the farmhouse and contemporary works and designs. The garden is large, quiet and well protected. We had a very quiet week as we wanted with a visit to the castles of the Loire Valley nearby, restaurants following the informed advice of our hosts, when we did not want to cook. A big thank you to them for their kindness and hospitality.

We had a wonderful two night stay at Agnes’s on our Loire Valley tour of chateaux. The location of the house is minutes away from Chateau Villandry. The house itself was impeccably clean and very comfortable. We all enjoyed the gorgeous pool after a hot day exploring. The facilities were excellent and had everyone you could possibly require. Our daughter also enjoyed playing in the children’s area at the front of the house. We would definitely stay again but for longer next time! Thank you Agnes for having us.

Great spot for our family including grandparents. Home is spacious with character and has good space inside and outside. Hosts was responsive and the small animal farm was amazing for our kids!
