Its particular situation on the edge of the Charente river gives it a particular attraction, numerous hikes, swimming, nautical activities... at 3 mn walking distance...

Vous disposerez de trois chambres climatisées ayant chacune une salle d’eau et wc séparé, une immense pièce de vie avec cuisine équipée. Enfin, vous séparant de notre habitation, vous trouverez une salle de jeu avec un billard américain et… Un bowl de skate! Vélos et planches de surf peuvent également être mis à disposition.
