Exclusive villa, one of a kind on Oléron. Typical of the first development of seaside resorts, of which Saint Trojan is the best example. It is also classified as \'remarkable\' by the Abf. It has just been completely renovated while respecting its original spirit. With an area of 130m², it contains 5 bedrooms, including 1 with a 140cm bed, 2 with 160cm beds and 4 single beds.
