Longère located in a quiet environment between the village of Dolus and the oyster route, 1 km from the sea on the ocean side (no beach). The beach of La Rémigeasse and that of the Château are accessible in 15 minutes by bike. The house is 2 km from Dolus and all the amenities of the village. A large terrace runs along the house and overlooks a swimming pool with a safety shutter. The pool is heated in July/August. May/Sept/Oct according to weather forecast.
