House of 75M2 located 10 minutes walk from the beach and 5 minutes from shops. The house is composed of 2 bedrooms with a 200X160 bed and a 190X140 bed ( sheets not provided) plus an extra bed 190x90 (suitable for a child but not for an adult) 20m terrace facing south. The accommodation has wi-fi access and a TV (Netflix access only). ⚠️ IMPORTANT Towels and sheets are not provided thank you I remain available if you have any additional questions.

Our house is warm, functional, with a small garden. It is located in Sainte-Marie-de-Ré, in a typical alley of Ile de Ré, 500 m from the beach and 200 m from Place d'Antioche (where you will find all the shops: bakery, butcher, tobacco-press, restaurant, bike rentals...). This house can only accommodate 4 people. It consists of a beautiful living room, equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, bathroom, separate toilet. The garden is lovely.

The small cabin is ideally located to rest at the bottom of a very quiet cul-de-sac in the Grenettes district even in the middle of summer. Just 150 meters from the coast you can enjoy the sea for shore fishing, swimming, surfing, beautiful sunsets. A bike shelter is accessible.
