Cozy Spanish cottage w/wood floors, & vintage charm, located in a historic Bungalow Court with 11 units total, surrounding a center grass courtyard, & each has a small, private rear patio, and sits facing a center, gated, grass courtyard. All the other units are occupied by our long term tenants, many who have lived here for years, and love it, and we hope you do too!
