A small house with beautiful views, with a bedroom on a wooden mezzanine and another sofa bed in the living room. The bathtub is in a cave with a large shower. A fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher. Oak flooring. Air conditioning. Fiber Wi-Fi. The surroundings are ideal for walking, it also has two equestrian centers very close, the beach for surfing and several golf courses less than 5 minutes away.

The internet connection is fiber optic (600Mb/s). The house is in a pine forest area and 100 meters from the beach. It is minimalist and very comfortable. To ensure accessibility, we arranged the main double bedroom with a 150cm bed with an en-suite bathroom and another bedroom with a 135cm double bed on the ground floor. Upstairs there is a bathroom and 2 bedrooms; one with 2 beds and the other with a trundle bed (2 singles) and a double bed.

House located in the center of the city,has its own garage for the use of guests, less than a minute from the cathedral and city hall, and 5 minutes from Renfe and buses, without the need of a vehicle you can visit the entire old town of the city and if you want a beach in 10 minutes you are in it, without the need of a car or bus. Garage measures 4;5 m long and 2.5 wide Pedestrian street,sunny and very quiet community.
