This is a lovely and welcoming apartment with a patio in the center of Florence, 2 + 2 beds, and is newly renovated. It is located on the ground floor (no stairs) of a characteristic building in the district of Santa Croce, in the heart of the historic center. It was renovated by the owner, an architect with twenty years of experience, who wanted to preserve and enhance the features and characteristics typical of an ancient Florentine house: wooden beams, antique portico with stone column and brick arches. It consists of an entrance hall, a living room with dining area and relaxation area, a sofa bed, a sleeping area with a French double bed and separated by curtains, a private courtyard with a fountain, and a bathroom with a shower. L'abitazione è dotata di tantissime comodità , dall'aria condizionata centralizzata a molti altri servizi per un soggiorno in completo relax . Tutte le attrazioni tra cui il Duomo e Piazza Signoria sono molto vicine. Nella stessa strada della casa ci sono tre ottimi RISTORANTI che consiglio vivamente di provare .
