4 1/2-room holiday apartment in a horse farm

The apartment is situated in the upper Floor of a farm with horses. It is completely renovated and new. The cosy terrace is staffed with a lounge, charcoal barbecue, sunloungers and sunshade and invites to linger on sunny days. The sauna in the barn can be used against a fee (10 EUR per use). Space to bring your own horse available as well as guided trail rides on pre-arrangement and against fee. Please note, that with entrance of the barn the smell of horses is unavoidable.

Enjoy a few beautiful days in our cozy studio apartment in chalet style with large sunny south-facing terrace and Netflix. On the terrace is a lounge and a small dining table. Private parking space in the in-house underground garage. The village center can be reached in 10 minutes on foot. New kitchen with large ceramic hob and oven. Our apartment (about 50 square meters) is located on the edge of the small village of Geschwend, in the Todtnau holiday region. Geschwend has about 450 inhabitants. The place is good for 2-4 people. Couples, solo travelers, business travelers and families (with children). We welcome you to our lovingly furnished apartment. The 36 m² can accommodate up to 3 people. An extra bedroom with a large bed offers plenty of privacy. There is a comfortable sofa bed in the living room. The apartment is fully equipped with a kitchen, 2 bathrooms and TV to feel comfortable. There is also an indoor swimming pool in the house, which is currently closed for renovation. You can park your vehicle directly at the house free of charge.
