Our bright 3-room attic apartment is located in a rural area, but offers several shopping opportunities within a 2-5 min walk. The Swiss border is only a 5 min drive from the apartment. The apartment offers 2 bedrooms and a large living, dining and kitchen area. The apartment has its own balcony as well as a beautiful view from the skylight. Included are free parking, a washing machine and fast internet. Furthermore we offer our guests free access to Netflix, Amazon Prime Video and Disney+!

Naturpark Südschwarzwald Feldberg

Apartment in a 250-year-old farmhouse at an altitude of around 1,100 meters with a spacious terrace, garden and sauna. It extends over (the upper) three floors and has around 80 m2. In addition to the living room, (living) kitchen and bathroom, there are four bedrooms. One of the bedrooms is on the ground floor and has its own entrance to the outside. The bathroom and the remaining bedrooms are upstairs. The bedroom in the attic can only be reached via the second bedroom on the upper floor.

It accommodates up to 5 people and is ideal for nature enthusiasts and hiking lovers. The balcony and garden, featuring a fire pit and pergola, invite you to relax. A special highlight is the bookable hot tub, perfect for unwinding after hikes, especially in winter. The cozy furnishings make the apartment a true haven of comfort!

The 45 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for home office, a TV as well as a fan. A baby cot and a high chair are also available.

Paare, Alleinreisende, Geschäftsreisende und Familien (mit Kindern). sie beinhaltet ein Schlafzimmer mit eingebautem Doppelbett (Größe 1.60 x 1.85), sowie im Wohnbereich ein ausziehbares Sofabett (1.60 x 2.00). Der Hierholzer Weiher ist Lebensraum für Libellen, Wasserinsekten, Laichplatz zahlreicher Frösche und sommerlicher Treffpunkt für Einheimische und deren Gäste. Das Chalet/Holzhaus mit großem Dachüberstand, Wintergarten und Balkon in Richtung Weiher stellt 65m² in 3,5 Zimmern zur Verfügung. Das Grundstück mit 1000m² Westhang ist sonnenverwöhnt. In Richtung Süden besteht Alpensicht.

Die etwa 120 m2 große Wohnung mit unendlich hohen Decken befindet sich im 1 OG eines liebevoll gepflegten Einfamilienhauses in 200m Entfernung vom Rhein. Ein Parkplatz fürs Auto, Ladestation fürs E-Bike oder Abstellmöglichkeit fürs Fahrrad ist ebenso vorhanden vor dem Haus.
