The roof terrace has wonderful views of the village, mountains, and the sunset over the Mediterranean. L'alloggio si trova a Santa Caterina di Pittinuri, in prossima della bellissima scogliera di surri e sa ida, a circa 300 m dal mare, a circa 1 km 1/2 dall'arco di Sarchittu. Sito in una zona tranquilla, adatto per chi vuole veramente riposarsi, godersi il mare e i tramonti spettacolare. L'appartamento è di circa 60 m2, luminoso, dotato di tutto il necessario per trascorrere una piacevole vacanza. L'arredamento è nuovo, possibilità di pranzare all'aperto, o prendere il sole.

Un luogo dove riposare, sentire il rumore del mare: Manderley 1 è una piccola casa indipendente in stile mediterraneo. Gli interni conservano il fascino del passato con arredi d’epoca e un romantico soppalco in legno. All’esterno troverai un ampio giardino che arriva sino alla spiaggia, un patio ombreggiato dove fare colazione e un barbecue per le tue serate all’aperto. La casa è a pochi passi dal mare, in una zona tranquilla e autentica della costa ovest della Sardegna.

The accommodation is 50 meters from the beach of San Giovanni Lido, a 5-minute walk to the city center. The house has a furnished terrace, where you can sunbathe, have breakfast or an aperitif at sunset, enjoying the beautiful view of the gulf in total relaxation. The kitchenette is equipped to ensure the preparation of simple dishes. The sober environment is aimed exclusively at adults, it will not be possible to accept a reservation with children in tow.

My place is 5 meters from the beach, the garden gate opens directly to the sea. In the garden there is a beach with deck chairs and umbrellas, barbecue, shower, beautiful panoramic views. My place is good for couples, business travelers, families (with kids), big groups and pets. It is super equipped, all comforts, dishwasher, microwave, electric oven. COD IUN P3154. For the Security Decree, each guest must present an ID upon arrival.

The house is located just a few meters from the beach with sand and characteristic pebbles di Santa Caterina di Pittinuri ,quiet and safe sea location !!The house consists of a double room, a room with two single beds that eventually become a double bed, a large dining room, a small kitchen and a bathroom. From the terrace you can enjoy the sea during meals or a good aperitif!! The bay of Santa Caterina is a nice surf spot .

Après une belle journée à explorer plages ou criques de la côte, imaginez, depuis la terrasse sur le toit, les derniers rayons du soleil éclairant le village à vos pieds et plongeant dans la mer au loin, les oiseaux volant autour de vous … un beau moment de partage entre amis ou famille dans le soleil couchant ! par ailleurs la maison sera une bonne base pour explorer différentes zones de la Sardaigne.
