Follow the lines of this finely renovated late 19th-century apartment. Among the swaying and sloping lines, you will find comfort in a quiet and romantic atmosphere. We are at the beginning of a very quiet pedestrian area, but a stone's throw from the nightlife. Find parking in V. Palabanda, in Corso V. E., in Via Tigellio, in Via Sant'Ignazio, V.le Merello and V.le Trieste. In the blue lines, parking is paid from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., in the white lines it is free. The VECCHIO COSRO is located in a very quiet pedestrian area, but with the convenience that in a few meters you will be at the center of Cagliari's nightlife. It is a very nice and quiet apartment, where you can spend a relaxing holiday, without being disturbed by the noise of the city. It is located on the first floor of the building, and is spread across two floors. On the first floor, we find the living room with the large super-equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, induction hob. Also on the first floor there is a bathroom complete with shower. Going up to the second floor, we have two double bedrooms, one of which has a private bathroom in the room with a shower. Throughout the apartment there is parquet flooring and air conditioning/heating in every room. Guests have access to the entire apartment and the laundry space (where they will also find detergents, a drying rack, an iron, and an ironing board), which is located on the landing and is shared with another apartment that we also own. My guests can contact me at any time and for any need, I will be happy to help and meet them. The apartment is in a very quiet pedestrian area, close to excellent restaurants and cafes. From here it is very convenient to reach the Roman Amphitheater, the Botanical Garden and the walls of the bastion of Saint Remy, located in the Castello district. The bus stop 1 is 100 m away, which will take you around the city in a short time. A 5-minute walk will take you to Piazza Matteotti, where there is the terminal of various buses, including the PF and PQ, which will take you to Poetto beach in a few minutes. Also in Piazza Matteotti, there is the train station that connects the city to the airport in less than 15 minutes; there is also the ARST bus terminal, with which you can get to Villasimius. Although the house is in a pedestrian area, parking is easily found in the surrounding areas, more specifically: Corso Vittorio Emanuele (last section), Via Palabanda, Via Sant'Ignazio, Viale Morello. Or there are parking areas at the station or in Via San Paolo a few minutes away by foot.
