Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Sarthe

We had a pleasant stay at Victor's place. The house is very clean, tidy and secluded. There are all the comforts to live together, there were about ten of us. The bedding is extremely comfortable. I would highly recommend. Thank you so much for these great memories!

Very nice house, well equipped and clean. Isaure and her husband received us very well. The accommodation is close to the Zoo de la Flèche, ideal for a weekend with the family. We recommend it.

Hugues' little house is truly a gem! In the middle of nature, very well equipped and beautifully decorated... Everything was perfect. We highly recommend it for a weekend for 2, for a relaxing break in the green!

We had a very nice stay with a group of 7 adults. There is plenty of room and we were very fortunate to have great weather during our stay. The enormous garden and direct access to the river were simply fantastic, with lot's of sun as well as shade and very beautiful large trees. The kitchen is also large and located at the ground floor, which is very convenient if you are outside all the time. The living room is a bit peculiar; it is on the first floor (where you enter the house) and includes the stairs going up and down and has a small television in a corner. It is quite cosy but perhaps not really practical, especially if you want to watch television with a group. Also note that the two top bed rooms are connected. But these are very minor points. The house is very nicely decorated, has lots of space and a garden and river access which is hard to beat and great value for money. The interaction with Lucas was also excellent; quick response time and helpful. Warmly recommended!

A forced stay at this gite because “planted” by a host on a late booking. Having found this new cottage we contacted Hugo who was very responsive and understanding, agreeing to rent us the cottage on the spot: congratulations. In itself, the cottage is perfect. Our only disappointment: the short duration of the stay, we didn't get much to enjoy it!

Great! Very clean and pleasant to live in, lots of amenities and quality. We enjoyed the intimate atmosphere of the place, several little extras like bathrobe, slippers, small flower petal. Very responsive and friendly host even at a late date. We'll be happy to come back and recommend the place.

Amazing place to disconnect and spend some time in peace and nature. Julien, his parents and Nathalie did everything to make us feel welcomed and to make sure we have all we need. Recommend this place!

Had a really lovely and relaxing stay in this flat in a beautiful village. Particularly loved the shower and the sun filled courtyard. Lavardin is a very special place and everyone was very friendly and helpful, would really recommend ! Definitely needed the e-bikes to get around as we didn’t have a car (note a small daily charge for their use)

We enjoyed our stay so much! The accommodation is located in a very quiet place, ideal for resting, with the birdsong in the background all day. The owner was very responsive and attentive: he brought us fresh breakfast products every morning, a delicate attention that made our stay even more enjoyable. We recommend it without hesitation!

We had a wonderful stay at Karim's. The cabin is very pleasant, very functional and impeccably clean. It is set in a garden where it is very easy to settle in, quiet. Karim is very welcoming and gave us all the good local spots. I recommend it without so much as a second thought!

One night stay in an idyllic setting. Accommodation as described. Very welcoming host with very appreciated small touches. A quiet night with waking up to the titmice and squirrels. And a royal breakfast!! We recommend it. To be repeated in a milder period weather-wise.
