Pretty half-timbered percheron house, renovated from top to bottom in 2010 with all the comforts, but keeping all its soul. A place where everyone seems to feel good, with sunny days in the large south-facing garden, or near the large fireplace in winter. 2 cozy bedrooms on the 1st floor (1 with double bed and 1 with 2 single beds), and downstairs, after the large living/dining room of 50 m2, a small office with 1 single bed and a large fully-equipped kitchen full of light. Facing a body of water, on the edge of the Perseigne forest (Alençon 7 km), a little bucolic corner to escape daily stress. You will be alone to enjoy the space, feeling of freedom, communion with nature. There is enough space for 4 people and their animals to feel good there. There is a dedicated space for working with an excellent fiber connection. Walks in the forest. Golf and water sports center 10 minutes away. Trail tracks. Horseback riding and canoeing possible in nearby clubs.

Le Cocon offers two comfortable bedrooms, a living room-kitchen open to a green terrace and overlooking the Parc des Fontaines, consisting of a rose garden, a plant maze, a pond and forests.

Accommodation capacity: 9 adults, 1 child and 3 babies (extra bed and 3 cot beds available on request).

Welcome to the farm! We welcome you to the spacious, comfortably equipped, fully renovated house, in the heart of the Loir Valley, in a quiet area. You will find many activities nearby (sports, relaxation, nature, hiking, etc.) La Flèche Zoo 20 minutes away, 25 minutes from the 24H circuit, 25 minutes from the 24H and Baugé golf courses, Château du Lude, Le Loir by bike, Lake Mansigné. Exterior: Secure swimming pool (6 m × 12 m), open from May to September. Accommodation not accessible to people with reduced mobility.
