Located 15 minutes from Capbreton and close to the highway, this apartment is for you! It consists of a bedroom with a double bed with the possibility of accommodating two other people on the sofa bed in the living room. An outdoor area with wooden terrace, barbecue and a small synthetic turf corner will be perfect for your leisure time.

Relax in this unique and tranquil home adjoining our 1873 home with access to an unenclosed private garden. Its location, in the countryside, on the edge of the forest and 20 minutes from the ocean makes it a place of serenity and calm. The proximity to the Capbreton highway (5min) and the Marais d 'Orx Nature Reserve (10min) is an asset for visiting the area and for nature lovers. We have free-roaming animals (a female cat and dogs).

The "Le coeur de XANET" tree house, a unique, artisanal, fully insulated design, made by a local carpenter. We designed this property to offer you a break, a moment out of time. The wood offers all the exoticism you need. You will find all the comforts you want, in a "cabin spirit". Lots of light thanks to its many openings, facing the forest and the orchard. And we've also provided a private HOT TUB, for total relaxation!!

Maison Ikigai — the art of slowing down

Ikigai, the Japanese word for what gives meaning to the day — that gentle reason to get up in the morning. The house lives up to its name. Newly built and designed in an L-shape around its covered terrace, it cultivates the art of living outside as much as inside. In the morning, light floods in through the large bay windows. In the evening, we dine under the wooden porch, sheltered, while the garden falls asleep.

The tranquility of a small village but above all quick access to the many Landes beaches! The Basque Country is a 30-minute drive and Spain is 45 minutes away.
