Our beautifully renovated 140 m² design apartment is located in the charming village of Münsing, just 2 km from Lake Starnberg. Bright and spacious, the apartment opens onto a large wooden balcony with panoramic views of the Alps and, on clear days, all the way to the Zugspitze. A wonderful setting to start the day overlooking the mountains or simply enjoy the peace of the Bavarian countryside. The apartment features a generous living room with a comfortable lounge area, a modern fully equipped kitchen with a bar, and three inviting bedrooms — two with king-size beds and one with a queen-size bed. There is also a large bathroom with bathtub, walk-in shower and WC, an additional separate WC, and a washer-dryer. Two private parking spaces are available directly in front of the house. Everything you need is within walking distance in Münsing, including a bakery, supermarket, pharmacy, doctors and several excellent restaurants. Just a few minutes away, Lake Starnberg is perfect for lakeside walks, cycling and water activities. The nearby Alps offer countless opportunities for hiking, day trips and, in winter, days in the mountains. The location offers the best of both worlds: the peace and charm of a Bavarian village surrounded by nature, while Munich can be reached by car in approximately 35 minutes. The natural material wood not only shapes the facade, the floor and the ceiling – it fills the whole house with its pleasant scent and creates a unique living feeling. The house was built in passive construction: in summer the massive walls keep the heat outside, in winter it remains pleasantly warm and cozy. Step in, take a deep breath and enjoy the tranquility of this special location.

Corona free and well disinfected! Enjoy a peaceful stay in our idyllic house with large garden, trampoline, outside sauna & private lake, 20km south of Munich. The house has 4 bedrooms, a whirlpool, a well equipped kitchen, a games room, a living room with fireplace, large sofas & TV. There are 3 showers in total and two bathrooms. We want to provide a safe retreat and a home away from home in these crazy times. We will always disinfect the house thoroughly!

Stay in a historically renovated farmhouse

We rent out our lovingly renovated farmhouse from 1760 to small and large families as well as groups. The historic farmhouse has been completely renovated and is listed as a monument. There are 5 bedrooms for 16 guests in the farmhouse. You can stay with a maximum of 18 people (plus extra beds). If you are more than 18 guests, you are welcome to book the Heustadl as well. The apartment is located in a historic farm and has a very individual charm.

The apartment is climate-neutral and has been furnished with a lot of love and high-quality furniture in a rural style and is located on a farm. The hot tub with mountain views and the sun terrace invite you to relax. The hot tub can be used all year round, shared with our second apartment.
