We had a great weekend , the 2 cottages communicating by linterieur are super convenient and very comfortable. Everything is functional and lots of things are available. The icing on the cake , ice-filled freezers, child protection barriers at every top staircase 👌 And of course the amazing outdoors! we hope to return with better weather 🥰

Hello, spacious house, cozy, properly equipped for everyday life, 4 bedrooms of very good workmanship, air conditioning is a plus to spend comfortable nights. As described, it is a house that is probably also used by Rémy, it lacks nothing for a pleasant stay. The welcome managed by Laura, as well as the departure went well, responsiveness and availability were there. Simple and responsive exchanges with Rémy before departure, and as everything was fine, we did not need to communicate during the stay. For lovers of the Mediterranean, I would recommend it in a second.

Hello, Mont St Clair where we came in our childhood in the BARAQUETTE of our grandtante **Villa Albertine** .. That of Germain has the luxury of now, but it keeps its character. It is quite as described in the flyer (clean and spacious). The view is superb, the calm is present.. Its place is easy to access and a bus line 100 meters away takes us to the center of Sète in 10 minutes. We thank Nadia for hosting us and we plan to come back. Laurette, Danielle, Marc and Philippe.

Beautiful place, tastefully furnished and functional. Everything was perfect, really thank you for the quality of the service! For hikers, or climbers, that's fine, we are a 10min walk from the heric gorges trail. We recommend it without any hassle!

Let me start by saying wow! We had an exceptional family stay in this charming, peaceful, and beautifully equipped home. Everything was absolutely perfect, from the pristine cleanliness to the top-notch amenities that exceeded our highest expectations. The warm and serene atmosphere of the house made it easy to relax and fully enjoy our time there. The location of the accommodation is great, we cross the street and we are on the sand of a very large beach. Shops nearby The house is spacious with a lovely sea view, very well maintained. Very well-equipped. Plus you can admire Mariette's paintings. The area is great We will be back.

The property was exactly what we wanted for our 4 week getaway. It was a home from home, comfortable, had all the amenities that we needed for such a long stay. The place was very clean and we were offered a complementary house and pool clean while there too which was arranged for a time convenient for us. The beds were comfortable and the showers warm and powerful. Our host was very responsive with answers to any questions that we had. They increased the temperature of the pool so that it was comfortable for our baby to swim in it and when the weather temperature dropped they were responsive in switching the property from air conditioning to heating. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend Olivers place.

Very nice apartment within walking distance to the middle of Béziers, and a nice strip of shops and restaurants near the old arena. Very compfortable bed, living room, and dining room. Kitchen was very nice, with dishwasher, microwave, and even a relatively new induction stove top. Virginie was an excellent hostess. She met us in front of the apartment, communicating with us on just when we expected to arrive, and even saved a parking space for us. And on checkout, she was immensely flexible for us. (Traveling with a 4 year old can be tricky!) Very pleasant interactions with us, all around.

I've been there for 4 days with my nephew and daughter. The apartment is very comfortable and has everything you need. It's located near the beach, which with kids is fantastic. Dominique was very friendly. We felt right at home! Definitely a recommended accommodation.

Everything was perfect. The studio is newly renovated and very tastefully done. It is located in the heart of this really pretty village Rita was so welcoming. Everything could not have been more perfect ! My friend and I had a real fantastic time there and can highly recommend this place.

The apartment was impeccable, clean and with everything you need, including some complimentary details (coffee, tea, bottle of wine...). The accommodations that have been made in the house have achieved very good results. The area where it is located is very quiet, although the narrow streets make it difficult to reach by car. The rooms are enough for about 6 people with spaciousness. There are three full bathrooms. And a terrace that, in good weather, goes very well for eating, sunbathing or barbecuing. The host, Priscille, very kind and always ready for what was needed. In sum, very good option, a few kilometers from Beziers.

The stay was excellent, the accommodation is spotless, the neighborhood is very peaceful. Everything was exactly as described. Communication with Morgan was perfect, we were also able to benefit from good recommendations for visits to the surrounding area. It was a great pleasure to stay in this villa.

Fabien was extremely nice, attentive and helpful. We had a fantastic stay. The house has spectacular views not only over the sea but also the harbour, which makes it very enjoyable at night. The location is extremely quiet, because there is no thru-traffic. It's high up in the famed Mount St. Claire but the town and market is still in walking distance. We found everything we needed in the kitchen and the rooms. The house was recently renovated with high-quality furniture. The best part is the pool with state-of-the-art technology. Our 8-year old daughter had the best time. Everything was exactly like on the photos. We will go again.

Very nice, pleasant, pretty house... We were 4 couples and we had plenty of room. Very flowery garden. With the chickens we had fresh eggs, a treat. Thank you, thank you for this pleasant house with pool and thank you for your welcome wine which was unanimously appreciated. Very good stay, nice house and garden. Note as a point of improvement, the kitchen equipment is a bit fair , it was missing plates, wine glasses for a house presented for 9 people. There are 2 bedrooms in a row which was not specified in the listing and it would have been nice to have sponge, towel and shower gel in each bathroom.

We had a perfect stay at the villa in Marseillan. The location was beautifully close to the sea, the local market and bakery. The house itself was wonderful. It looked great and felt great. It was clean and it had all the utilities to have a perfect week together with our group of twelve friends. I highly recommend this accomodation as Laura, the host, was great in communication and supportive when we needed more information.

Very good stay, excellent hosting. Flawless accommodation, very nice with pool and air conditioning. Well located, only downside is that it's near a cooperative and bottling is sometimes noisy but the owners are not to blame.

The pool was perfect for hot summer days and the barbecue was much appreciated for meals. The environment is quiet and relaxing. We had a great time with the family. 😊
