Timmi1: Our apartment is a cozy 2.5 room apartment in the center. It is only a 2-3 minute walk to the sea with a fine sandy beach. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, Nespresso, filter coffee, toaster, etc. A parking space is right by the house. Linens & towels included. SONOS, cable TV, DVD player, WiFi. Our new apartment "Upper Beach" is located on the 2nd floor, easily accessible via an elevator. You have a separate bedroom, kitchen and a large living room with sofa bed and sunny balcony. The house is located right in the center of Timmendorfer Strand. If you want to live so centrally, you sometimes have to expect some hustle and bustle and noise in the high season. Restaurants, cafes and numerous shopping are within walking distance. The beach is about 150 meters away.

Mare Baltica: Arrive, breathe deeply and relax

Spacious, bright and quiet 2-room apartment (48 m²) with every comfort for a few relaxing days by the sea. The beach is just a five-minute walk away through the private park. The large balcony (24 m²) faces southwest and gets the sun from noon until evening, inviting you to sunbathe or enjoy a leisurely breakfast or dinner. A private parking space for the car is included in the price. Use of the tennis court is free of charge; the swimming pool can be used for a small fee.

The garden with terrace, meadow, pond and carport is at your sole disposal. It doesn't always have to be the beach, but it's only 500 meters away. Shopping and restaurants are all within walking distance. You are also welcome to bring your dog, the property is fenced.

With large panoramic window and balcony across the entire width of the apartment. Up in the gallery, you can see the starry sky from the bed. Ceiling height at the bed 2.50 m, only gets a little lower at the cozy lounge corner.
