An adult can also sleep here. Please note that using the sofa bed inevitably comes with limitations in terms of space and comfort. From the property you can start a variety of hikes and bike tours in the Karwendel Mountains. Skiers will have fun in winter. With the nearby cross-country ski trail or the numerous ski resorts such as Seefeld/Rosshütte (about 10 minutes).

Apartment 2

Our apartments are newly renovated (May 2023), very spacious (80 sqm) and can accommodate five people (two double rooms and one single room). In the eat-in kitchen there is a cozy sitting area, the bathroom is spacious. In an adjoining room is a second toilet. Two parking spaces are available for each apartment directly in front of the house, as well as a garden area of ​​approx. 300 square meters.

The exclusive chalet village is located at over 1,000 metres in the Tyrolean municipality of Leutasch, with ideal connections to the Seefeld region. It offers numerous outdoor activities all year round, such as hikes and bike tours in the alpine paradise of Gaistal along the Leutascherache or more challenging mountain peaks. You can set off on foot directly from the chalet and enjoy nature.
