Diverse Sitz- und Essmöglichkeiten und eine Couch laden zum Verweilen ein. Zwei Terrassen, Garten und ein Gäste-WC runden das EG ab. Das 1. OG besteht aus zwei großzügigen Schlafzimmern, Büros und einem Bad mit Regendusche. Ein Add-On sind der gemütliche Spitzboden mit weiterer Schlafmöglichkeit. Im Keller befinden sich ein großer Raum für Sport und ein Waschraum.
