Our house was completely renovated in 2021 on 3 levels to accommodate 8 people. The ground floor includes a fully equipped kitchen, open to the dining room and living room, a separate toilet, a 2-person bedroom, 140 x 190 cm, adjoining a shower room + toilet. The 2nd floor includes a bedroom for 2 people, 1 double bed of 200 x 200 cm, a 1-person bedroom of 120 x 190 cm and a bathroom with shower and toilet. The 3rd floor includes 1 bedroom for 2 people, 1 bed of 140 cm x 200 cm and a small living room with a sofa bed

Herzlich Willkommen in der Fewo Sperlingskauz! 🦉 Direkt gelegen in Schluchsee 🏞 im tollen Kurhotel befindet sich unser 2-Zimmer Apartment in einer gepflegten Anlage und bietet bis zu 4 Gästen einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt. Das Apartment wurde frisch renoviert und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. In der ganzen Wohnung erkennt ihr den "rote Faden" der Natur🌳🌲🦉 die Farbe grün und Holzelemente miteinander verbindet. The 64m² holiday flat with a lake view is located in the vicinity of the leisure center. The ski lifts and a toboggan run are within 80m. A swimming lake, beach volleyball and basketball court and outdoor fitness equipment are located directly in front of the house. A few steps away: a Kneipp pool with a barefoot path, an indoor pool with a sauna (closed April-August), an ice rink with a skating rink, a bocce court, a mini golf course (May-October), a tennis court, and a children's playground.

My place is good for nature-loving couples, hikers, cyclists, skiers, non-smokers, vegetarians, "healthy" and convalescent people, but not for smokers, animals, and the searing of meat is also not desired.

I also like to welcome my guests to my restaurant “Kurhaus” in Schluchsee, Fischbacherstr.7 (Greek cuisine) with a glass of welcome aperitif and a discount of 10% on the total bill from the restaurant. No pets allowed. Tourist tax is charged extra on site and must be paid in CASH. Per day 1 adult €3.50 and 1 child from 7-12 years €1.60.
