Es verfügt über einen separaten Eingang, eine Küchenzeile, ein Badezimmer und ein Schlafbereich mit Doppelbett. Unser Haus liegt direkt an der Romantischen Straße in Reichling im wunderschönen Lechrain, ca. 15 min. von Landsberg am Lech oder dem Ammersee entfernt. München oder die Alpen erreicht ihr in etwa einer Stunde. Im Nebenhaus ist die ortsansässige Bäckerei.

We offer you a small one-room apartment with kitchen and spacious bathroom in our beautiful home not far from Allgäu, the mountains, the most beautiful lakes in Bavaria and the beautiful Neuschwanstein Castle.

Our holiday home is a spacious, light-flooded, detached architect's house with a large roof terrace and a purist garden on a hillside. The roof terrace offers a magnificent panoramic view of the Alps and the Zugspitze. Our house offers you a fully equipped open-space kitchen. For relaxation, an infrared steam cabin and a hot tub are available for free use. The house is climate-friendly with a PV system, battery storage and an air heat pump.

Beautiful restaurants, bars and shopping are within walking distance! The apartment is an ideal base for exploring the many destinations in the Pfaffenwinkel and beyond. There is also a lot on offer for sports enthusiasts!

It is a bedroom of about 13 square meters, a cozy small kitchen, with table and chairs and a bathroom with tub, toilet and shower. The bedroom as well as the kitchen have access to the balcony and terrace, overlooking Lake Ammersee. There is also a patio to relax in the adjoining wooded area, which also belongs to the apartment. The car can be parked in the underground garage. A footpath leads to the lake and beach promenade in 10 minutes

The TV is very versatile and you can choose if you’d want to watch TV from the couch or sitting in the chairs around the kitchen table. The sun room is my favourite spot with 2 unique seating arrangements that are very comfy.
