Inspired by the contrast between heritage and sharing economies, the designer Michl Sommer and his team of featuring-amsterdam have created this microcosm inside the traditional neighbourhood of Hohenschwangau. The 180 sqm living area provides generous space, and the 1'400 sqm garden is large enough for football games.

Loft Remise-Allgäu, 130 sqm, 2 bedrooms & sauna

Built in 1904, the remise was not used for almost four decades and we decided to renovate it from scratch in 2020. The transformation into a spacious residential unit with two bedrooms, an open kitchen and a spacious bathroom in the middle of the village center of a rural community. Unser neu (2019) erbautes Ferienhaus liegt im Landkreis Garmisch-Partenkirchen. Zusätzlich zu den zwei großen Schlafzimmern (ca. 18 qm) mit jeweils großen Doppelbetten, gibt es ein weiteres Schlafzimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten. Das Haus verfügt über zwei Badezimmer, eines davon (ca. 10qm) mit Eckbadewanne und sehr großer, begehbarer Dusche (1,2m x 1,2m). Sie können Ihr Elektroauto an unserer Wallbox (11 kW Typ 2) laden (derzeit 40 Cent / KWh).

The roof terrace offers a magnificent panoramic view of the Alps and the Zugspitze. Our house offers you a fully equipped open-space kitchen. For relaxation, an infrared steam cabin and a hot tub are available for free use. The house is climate-friendly with a PV system, battery storage and an air heat pump.

Welcome to beautiful Upper Bavaria! Our newly built, modernly furnished solid wood house is in a quiet, sunny location in Bad Kohlgrub. The Hörnle cable car can be reached on foot in 2 minutes. The large terrace and a private garden invite you to linger. In the village itself there are shops, restaurants and cafes. Innsbruck, Munich and Augsburg can be reached in about an hour. We'd love to have you as our guests!
