Large apartment in the north of Munich

My apartment is located in Karlsfeld in the north of Munich. It is very nice and is equipped with Internet Wi-Fi. It is absolutely quiet, in very good surroundings, on the 2nd floor, without an elevator. Supermarket, pharmacy, bakery, butcher, restaurants, cafes, beer garden, pizzeria, McDonald's, tennis court, swimming lake within walking distance. Good parking options. Bus: 100 m (10 min ride to the S-Bahn) S-Bahn train: in 20 minutes in the center of Munich.

Our modern furnished apartment in a quiet location is located in the district of Dachau. The proximity to Munich and the good S-Bahn connection (15-20 minutes walk from the apartment to the train station) in our town is ideal for trade fair visitors and vacationers. It allows them to reach Marienplatz Munich in 35 minutes. It is also interesting for employees of Krauss Maffai, MTU, MAN, who can reach them by S-Bahn in about 15-20 minutes.

Our small vacation home is located in the middle of our horse farm on which we also live ourselves. Here you can live idyllically in nature and still be conveniently located. Quiet walking paths directly from the farm invite you to stroll through nature. The proximity to Augsburg and Munich (each approx. 30 minutes by car) is ideal for city tours. The small cottage has a small kitchen and a bathroom with sauna. A car is an advantage.
