Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Schwaz District

A great apartment for a few days skiing at Stubai. There are great paths for dog-walking and hiking from the apartment too. Thanks!

The place met expectations, everything went according to the instructions and in good order. The location of the place corresponds, chains are required when it snows. It is an 8min drive to the cable car in Kaltenbach, but it is necessary by own car, as there is no ski bus nearby. We would welcome a recommendation for a local taxi to take a larger group with skis. Only the sauna was missing to perfection:)

Sanni's house really great for a ski vacation. The bus station is right around the corner and you are at the Schatzbergbahn within less than 10 minutes. The house is 600 years old, you can hear that of course. It creaks at every step on the upper floor and the wooden doors are also not tight, as there are partial gaps between the boards. If you speak a little louder, you can talk to the living-dining area with the person in the bedroom about it. Nevertheless, our one-year-old child also slept very well in the house (but there was more than just wood between our room and the floor below). There was a chair for him, a baby bed and even an extra towel was provided for him. The beds for the adults are very soft, you have to like that. The kitchen is well equipped, in the dining room there are some board games and upstairs a grand piano and a bookshelf. From the veranda and the garden you have a beautiful view of the mountains.

We stayed with three generations 22 people plus dog in the farmhouse and felt very comfortable. The children could play great on the large meadow under the house with the deer, while we adults had everything in view from the terrace over coffee. The house was Easter and lovingly decorated by Isabell. It was very clean and each of us found his/ her place. We had small cooking teams that the kitchen was big enough for. Storage space for all groceries offered two large refrigerators plus ice compartments as well as the shelves in the hallway. For the children, the bed storage offered an enormous gaudi. When using the bathroom, we formed groups, so that no major traffic jams were formed here either. We met Isabell in person on the day of arrival and she provided us with many leisure tips and was also available to us at any time. It was perfect for us, there was nothing missing and we hope to come back soon.

The place was perfect! Very clean, very modern, well equipped and a good location. Anna is a super hostess. She is very friendly, helpful and accommodating. We would immediately choose this beautiful apartment again.

We spent a wonderful long weekend with the whole family in Andrea's cozy cabin. The house was perfect for us, everything there, beds super comfortable and Andrea a lovely hostess. Next door is a small sheep stable, very much to the joy of our children, who definitely want to come back. We too!

We had a great time at Lena's cabin, the place is really modern and well equipped. In addition to barbecue, sauna and fire bowl, there is even a sound system. The communication was very friendly and uncomplicated.

We were 7 adults, 1 child and 1 dog. The layout of the cottage and its location perfectly met our criteria. To our surprise, it's more than perfect. For everyone's happiness, there were 4 very spacious bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The layout of the rooms is perfect. The equipment needed for cooking is in good condition. We went in winter but I think it's also nice to go in summer with the large garden and all the BBQ equipment present. Thanks Attila.

We felt very comfortable in the apartment from the first moment. It is very generous and offers a wonderful view. Two balconies with seating also leave nothing to be desired. The kitchen is equipped as at home.

Wir really enjoyed staying in Christoph and Steffi's place. We had an appartment all to ourselves, it was very quiet and our kids enjoyed the pure nature outside a lot. The view from the terrase is amazing: mountains, snow, a small creek and it's so quiet, one could hear water splashing in the creek underneath so good. Steffi and her mom were very flexible and prepared and cleaned the place for our arrival although they had influenza :(( The appartment has absolutely everything one needs for a long-time stay: washmashine, a dryer, and our favorite (!!!) a little separate storage in the kitchen for food etc. Overall the place is very clean and modern. All in all, Christoph and Steffi are doing an amazing job :))

We stayed with Caro for the 2nd time as a small family (2 adults 1 child 4.5y) the 2nd time 🤗 it was wonderful again! We'll see you next time ! Highly recommend !

Very convenient and nice to have the host living directly downstairs. Very clean sauna and hammam. Also convenient to have 1 electric vehicle charging station directly on site (€0.50/KWh).

Incredible place with a perfect view! the place is fully equipped and very clean, and Time is very responsive and welcoming. highly recommend, and I will definitely stay here again when visiting the area. 10/10

Great place to stay with perfect proximity to the ski lift. The place is great for family holidays with beginners, but also offers advanced plenty of variety. The apartment left nothing to be desired. The landlord was very helpful and also asked unobtrusively in between if everything was ok. We will be happy to come back!

A super friendly host, a large apartment with enough space for 12 people in a perfect location and large garden including barbecue and arbor, good amenities that left nothing to be desired. Jakob and family were always available for questions, tips and short-term help. Our week was running smoothly. Thank you for that! :)

A very big place, nice garden and good sized bedrooms. It also has two toilets which is useful. A great base for exploring the area. Werner was always quick to reply to messages.
