Cozy apartment on historic 4-sided courtyard

In the historic village street is our communal 4Seitenhof. The apartment is located in the eastern former stable building and has been lovingly renovated and equipped. It consists of an open plan living, dining and sleeping area with small shower room and terrace to the courtyard. The kitchen has, among other things, a fridge with freezer, a stove with oven and a dishwasher. Garden use is possible. Also visit the curious alpaca in the neighboring village (additional costs).

Our Finkengalerie, an 80 sqm art facility, surrounded by Havelland's nature. You can enjoy the extravagant entrance area, which leads on the upper floor to a cozy living room with work corner. The bedroom with cozy bed promises pure relaxation. The modern kitchen with access to the extensive terrace invites you to evenings outdoors. Ideally located for cycling along the R1 and excursions to Potsdam or Berlin. Relax in your private oasis after a day of experiences.

Stylishly furnished 2-room apartment with space for up to 4 people is quiet and centrally located at the same time. It features one bedroom, a cozy living room with large sofa bed, an open plan fully equipped kitchen, and a sunny terrace. Whether a short walk to the swimming spot just a 10-minute walk away, a trip to the old town island 2.3 km or a detour to Potsdam about 15 minutes away – the area offers you the best conditions for relaxation and experiences.

Berlin Wannsee Summer House

It isn't big, but has all the comforts to be without fancy. The cottage is charming and old, not a designer tiny house. The center of Berlin and Potsdam are quickly reached. Private access, balcony with water view, terrace and garden around. Living room with kitchen, bathtub, bedroom and extra sleeping space on the sofa bed for an extra charge. We live next door, so never an access or key problem. We are at the Wall Trail. Pets are also welcome.

Havel view with marina and to feel good

Havel pure and unadulterated to feel good and relax. Absolute top location with private access to the Scheunhornweg marina (see Internet portal). Potsdam with all attractions, such as Sanssouci and many other castles and parks is only 10 km away and can be reached quickly via the Havel cycle path or by public transport, if you want to do without a car. In the immediate vicinity (about 10 km) is the "Märkische Golfclub Potsdam" and a riding stable.

Kick back and relax in our quietly located little home sweet home. Divided into 2 large light-flooded rooms, a fully equipped apartment awaits you - including a small workplace by the window - with direct access to the terrace in the middle of our small green oasis. The apartment is on the ground floor. Free parking is available behind the house. The apartment is 15 minutes from BER Airport. A shuttle service is available by arrangement.

Experience unforgettable moments in this special and family-friendly place. On a quiet, historic farm, you will find many opportunities to relax. On the grounds there is a natural playground and a sunny terrace that invites you to barbecue and linger. The nearby swimming area at Lake Teupitz is approx. 200 meters away. Shopping (supermarket) can be reached quickly. Bicycles are available, free of cost.

Welcome to my charming apartment in beautiful Caputh. In the immediate vicinity is the Gemünde with some cafes and restaurants, where you can enjoy the sunset after an exciting day. The property was completed in 2023 and lovingly furnished by me. A perfect base for exploring the municipality of Schwielowsee, Potsdam or Berlin.
