Amazing location with free, easy parking. The apartment is steps away from the commuter train to get you into Boston. Mark provided clear and easy instructions for getting into town. The place had everything I needed. Very easy check in and check out. I appreciate that check-out didn't involve jumping through hoops like so many hosts required!

Had the chance of spending a few weeks at Mark's place as a temporary accommodation. The apartment is very spacious and comfortable, equipped with everything needed. Location is great, close to the train station, river walks and the famous Moody street. Plenty of parking space. The proximity to the rail line was not an issue as sound insulation was pretty good. Great modern furnished apartment that our family of five enjoyed staying in for 6 nights. While the immediate area is undergoing some real estate development, it’s a short walk to Revere beach and very conveniently located on the blue line to get into Boston. We commuted very easily to all of the events and attractions on our must-do list including sports events at TD gardens, the Freedom Trail, Boston Duck Tour, Quincy Market, and Harvard University tour. Highly recommend Ryan as a host and would definitely choose to stay again for any future visit to Boston.

We totally enjoyed our stay in this apartment. - Very convenient location: there are many cafe, restaurant and shops around and Trader Joe (for the days we just want few bites at home). Beautiful surroundings next to the lake, few minutes walk to subway station. - Host is very responsive, fast communication which makes our stay more pleasant. - The apartment is very clean and spacious. Looks exactly like the photos. Feels like cozy home for us. We look forward coming home after sightseeing outside. If we come to Boston again, we will definitely stay in this apartment again. Highly recommended.

Stayed here for the Boston Marathon and it was a great place and its close to public transit which makes the whole city accessible. Plus it is in a nice neighborhood with plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance.

Perfect place for a 2 week stay. Property is clean and close to Public transport. Have lots of restaurants and close to grocery. Jason is also very responsive with inquiries.

This condo was fantastic. The location is incredibly convenient, just steps away from the commuter rail and centrally located. The place itself was very clean, comfortable and had everything you would need. Mathew was a great host. If you’re looking for a high end dinner experience, I highly recommend checking out the Nightshade Noodle Bar, which is just a short walk away. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

The best place to stay for our weekend in town for the Marathon. Easily accessible to the T to get downtown rather quickly, but also a calm spot to escape the city at the end of the day. The house was so beautiful. The neighborhood was charming. Peter and Tor were incredible host. Communication was quick, instructions were clear, and they really made sure we were prepped for our stay.

Karen was absolutely incredible. She was very responsive, respectful, and accommodating. We very much enjoyed our stay as my team and I were there on business. She was able to take care of us even on short notice. I really couldn’t be happier with her communication, the quality of their home, and the entire experience. We had a girls trip for a few days. We chose this house because it had plenty of room and bathrooms for the 5 of us. The bedroom on the first floor is a bonus for those having trouble with stairs. All of the beds and pillows(!)are very good-like tempurpedic! The hosts were quickly responsive. We noticed the kitchen did not have a coffee pot except a single cup Keurig-not great for the number the house can hold. One was delivered the next morning. The house is great, my four or 3 stars are for upkeep, and lack of freshness for the price. The house was clean, but a number of light bulbs (and many different shades of white)were out, the walls, moldings and baseboards were badly in need of paint. There were tp holders that had fallen off and a shower head on the bathroom counter. There were no instructions about what to do with trash /garbage. We had to leave bags in the kitchen. We suggest a comprehensive binder with house instructions. We had a great time. The house is just tired.

Anne made you feel like home. She is pending for your necessities and always reachable if you contact her. All the facilities in the apartment are well tunning, clean and properly located to maximize the space available and guest flow. I absolutely recommended her to make your stay at Waltham (in Boston Metropolitan Area) enjoyable and to receive the best service on an Airbnb location for your money.

We loved Shahla''s placed. The space was clean and very well kept. The location was in a prime location to restaurants. Shahla was very hospitable in every way. Everything was well stocked and available for quests. We would stay in Shahla's place again.

I can’t say enough good things about this air bnb! We absolutely loved our stay at Joe’s place! Joe is a phenomenal host! The check in and check out was super smooth, and Joe made us feel right at home. Warmly welcoming us, letting us know to reach out if anything was needed, and wishing us safe travels upon departure. The house is equipped with every amenity listed, super clean, fresh, smelled SO good, and is beautifully decorated!! We will most definitely be returning in the future!!
