The 78 sqm 2-room apartment in the "House of Encounters" offers space for a cozy vacation experience for families/couples, friends and business travelers. In addition to a separate bedroom, there is a living room with a double sofa bed (TV, fireplace, access to the kitchen). The kitchen has basic equipment (+ dishwasher, fridge) as well as a typical Bavarian sitting area. The bathroom is equipped with two sinks, shower, bathtub, toilet & bidet. There is a bedroom with a double bed, as well as a separate room with a slightly smaller double bed (160 × 200 cm). There is also a fully functional kitchen and a washing machine in the apartment. The apartment is located in a quiet residential area, only about 15 minutes' walk from the town centre. In summer, children play on the street, walkers pass by relaxed – a pleasant, grown settlement with a lot of charm. Here you can switch off wonderfully and enjoy the evening relaxing on the bench in front of the house.
