For further excursions, we recommend the largest thermal spa world in Europe in Erding, Poing amusement park and the exploration of many swimming lakes. The 120m² apartment is located on the 3rd floor of our house from the 19th century and was renovated and refurbished not so long ago. It can be booked for up to 6 guests and has 3 bedrooms (2 of them with sink in the room), 2 bathrooms (once bathroom/toilet, once shower/toilet with washing machine), a spacious large kitchen (living/dining room with cable TV) and an additional living room with cable TV. The balcony at the bedroom of the main apartment is small but nice!

The wonderful Salzburg lake area is approx. 20 minutes away. The world famous Salzkammergut is only 25 minutes away. The guests use the house completely alone. A large balcony invites you to enjoy the sunset. The garden invites you to play or relax and is protected from the eyes of the barn by a large hedge.
