Tijdens je verblijf in dit ruime appartement kom je helemaal tot rust. Op de binnenplaats is ruimte voor 2 auto's. In de gezamelijke tuin is een trampoline en klimrek. De woonkamer heeft een tv, en pelletkachel. De badkamer heeft een royale douche. In de keuken is een magnetron/oven + vaatwasser aanwezig. De woning heeft een tweepersoonsbed en een tweepersoons slaapbank met comfortabele topper. Ideaal voor lange verblijven zijn de wasmachine en droger. Op beide verdiepingen is airconditioning.

Located on Europarcs, with all it’s facilities in reach (Supermarket, Restaurant,Tennis, Golf (9 holes), Swimming pool, beach volley field, pingpong table, alpaca’s, goats, chickens…). Let alone the proximity of a lake and a beach surrounding that lake, literally outside the door (2 mins walk)

Da wir direkt im Wurmtal liegen , kannst du wunderbare Spaziergänge sowie tolle Fahrradtouren bis in die Niederlande genießen. Das Freiwildgehege -Gangelt liegt nur ca. 3 km entfernt. Das Studio liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Sackgasse, kein Autoverkehr. Reise gerne mit dem Auto an.

Appartement "Aan de Hoge Dijk", gelegen aan de oevers van de oude kanaaldijk, is de ideale uitvalsbasis om Maastricht en de prachtige omgeving te ontdekken. Ons tweepersoons appartement ligt op loopafstand van het stadscentrum, gevangen tussen het groen van de Sint Pietersberg en het water van de Maas. Het appartement is geschikt voor iedereen die op zoek is naar comfortabele ruimte om de stad te verkennen en/of de natuur op te zoeken.
