The apartment is close to the town of Traunstein and still in the middle of nature. An ideal starting point for outdoor sports and activities in the surrounding mountains and lakes e.g. walking, cycling, hiking, wintersports and day trips. Get to know our beautiful region while out and about in the sourrounding fields and forests.

Deine Entspannung beginnt schon bei der Anreise. Easy Check-In und dein eigener Tiefgaragen Parkplatz warten bereits. Anschließend ab mit dem Lift ins oberste Stockwerk. Tritt ein in ins Fitnessalm Apartment und fühl dich gleich wohl in deinem kleinem Chalet. Lehn dich zurück und genieße atemberaubende Bergblicke auf deiner 15qm2 großen Dachterrasse, am Frühstückstisch, vom gemütlichen Sofa oder aus deinem kuscheligen Altholz Bett. Ab in den 18m langen Pool zum Abkühlen oder Bahnen ziehen.

Kleines Reihenhaus im Chiemgau

Das Reihenhaus befindet sich in einem Dorf im Chiemgau, umgeben von Bergen, Seen und vielen weiteren Ausflugszielen. Das Haus bietet Platz für max. 6 Personen. Es stehen insgesamt zwei Doppelbetten, sowie zwei Einzelbetten zur Verfügung. Das Haus selbst wurde liebevoll renoviert, ist aber trotz allem etwas älter. Im Winter muss deshalb hauptsächlich mit einem Kachelofen und einem Schwedenofen geheizt werden. Eine Anleitung und alle notwendigen Materialen stehen dabei natürlich zur Verfügung.

You reach the newly built vacation home via your own staircase. Once here, you will find a 15 sqm roofed terrace with all the amenities for lounging, eating and sundowning.. On 50sqm living you can make yourself comfortable (2 adults, 2 children + baby).

Diese besondere Unterkunft hat einen ganz eigenen Stil. Unser Gästehaus liegt im Herzen des Chiemgaus. Man erreicht Salzburg oder den Chiemsee in ca. 20 Minuten. Die Gegend bietet unzählige Wandermöglichkeiten, Fahradtouren, Seen und Museumsbesuche. Die persönliche Betreuung unserer Gäste ist uns sehr wichtig.
