"Das Bergheim" is one of the typical holiday homes in the Vorauf holiday park with approx. 83 square meters of living space and a plot area of approx. 500 square meters. Characteristic of the quietly located vacation resort are these cozy single-roof houses in wooden frame construction. In 2022, it was lovingly renovated and designed in a contemporary way with a stylish color scheme in the French Scandinavian style. A modern, appealing interior now meets the typically cozy architecture of the house in the middle of the Chiemgau Alps.

The apartment is situated on the 9th floor, offering breathtaking views over the Bad Reichenhall Alpine panorama, framed by the Hochstaufen, Untersberg and Predigtstuhl mountains. Alongside other attractions, such as the Rupertus Thermal Spa, the picturesque old town of Bad Reichenhall is only a few minutes’ walk away.

With great attention to detail, we have created a small haven of peace for those seeking relaxation here at the beautiful Waginger See. Our Tiny House "Gänseblümchen" is with about 16 sqm a cozy retreat and has everything you wish for a relaxing vacation. Very special is your private wellness area with barrel sauna and hot tub, which can also be a refreshment in the summer. In the house you can enjoy the mountain view in the hammock or relax in bed streaming something.

Relax in this special and cozy accommodation. Newly designed one-room apartment in a quiet yet central location. Ideal for all kinds of excursions. Centrally located a few minutes' drive from Bad Reichenhall and Salzburg. Berchtesgaden can be reached in around 20 minutes. A small grocery store is just around the corner on Untersbergstrasse and is open 7 days a week (Sunday from 7 a.m. to 10 a.m.). A beautiful family outdoor pool is just a 5-minute walk away.

Enjoy your time in one of the cozy only roof houses of the holiday park Vorauf. The holiday park is located in a quiet location in the Alpine foothills of Chiemgau. The house (type Oslo) has 83 square meters and stands on a property area of about 750 square meters. The house is my own home, which I have lovingly renovated in the last few years and rent out during my work trips. Around the holiday park there are many excursions for the whole family.

You live at the foot of the Alps directly on the ascent to the Zinnkopf, in a traffic-calmed side street, but are in 10 minutes walk in the village center. For your car we have a lockable garage. You reach the newly built vacation home via your own staircase. Once here, you will find a 15 sqm roofed terrace with all the amenities for lounging, eating and sundowning.. On 50sqm living you can make yourself comfortable (2 adults, 2 children + baby).

Diese besondere Unterkunft hat einen ganz eigenen Stil. Unser Gästehaus liegt im Herzen des Chiemgaus. Man erreicht Salzburg oder den Chiemsee in ca. 20 Minuten. Die Gegend bietet unzählige Wandermöglichkeiten, Fahradtouren, Seen und Museumsbesuche. Die persönliche Betreuung unserer Gäste ist uns sehr wichtig. Eine Ladestation für ein Elektroauto und eine Sauna können gegen ein Entgeld benutzt werden. Lassen Sie sich überraschen -wir freuen uns !

Relax and enjoy breathtaking mountain views from your 15 square meter roof terrace, at the breakfast table, from the cozy sofa or from your cozy old wooden bed. Head to the 18 m long pool to cool off or swim laps.

At the edge of the forest on the Schellenberg

Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place. Pure nature at the Dreiseithof all made of wood with horses, chickens, and plenty of space for your children. Directly from the property you can access the numerous hiking trails of the Schellenberg. Simbach am Inn / Braunau with all shops are 8 minutes by car. The Rottaler Bäderdreieck is in the immediate vicinity, Burghausen, Passau, Salzburg and Munich can be reached in less than an hour.

With a lot of love for detail, renovated in 2024, in the heart of the Chiemgau. The apartment is located in the Vorauf vacation park (83313 Siegsdorf) and can accommodate 2 people. The apartment has a nice and well-equipped kitchenette, a comfortable sitting and dining area and a large, 1.80 m wide bed, a flat-screen TV and Wi-Fi and a spacious balcony, with beautiful outdoor furniture.
