Monthly Rentals in Sioux Falls

Will be staying here again when visiting Sioux Falls. Walkable distance to everything downtown, didn’t have to waste any gas. Clean home and comfortable stay!

Emily was a great host, such a sweet person, she went over and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The place was very clean and updated, the beds were very comfortable, i loved the lil charging stations that were on the bedside tables for your phones ect. She had everything we needed for our stay, we only stayed 1 night bec we were passing through to go to Rapid City,SD . The only thing for us was the AirBNB was in the basement and the stairs were steep for us (someone that has bad knees needs to consider this) . Also there’s no private parking, you have to park out on the street( but there is plenty of lighting outside. But overall I would definitely recommend staying here. So for out of all our host on this trip, Emily has been a Super Host ! Thanks Emily! John and Lennie from Louisiana

Very cute little place in a nice neighborhood. Very clean! It was the perfect place to relax for the night and recharge before another day of exploring the awesome things Sioux Falls has to offer! The house was within 15 minutes of everywhere we planned to go. Highly recommend the Butterfly and aquarium, movie theater, Great Plains Zoo, and Big Sioux Burger restaurant next to the Falls. If we are ever in Sioux Falls again we will definitely check here first to see if it’s available. Thank you, Debra for having us!

Char's place is the cleanest Airbnb I've stayed in. I've done a lot of stays but Char's was by far the cleanest. It also has beautiful decor and is super comfortable, with a spacious bathroom, private space, comfortable couch and bed. It is in a quiet neighborhood. I met Char at their front door and she is very helpful and communicative, and gracious. I highly recommend this stay if you are in the Sioux Falls, South Dakota area!
