Our dear " Grändhus" is completely newly built for our family and friends as well as for other guests. Beautifully situated on the East Beach - a pristine oasis among fishing rods and sea stalls. Swimming walks along the shore of the Baltic Sea. Great swimming opportunities. Enjoy the beautiful Söderslätt with many excursions and golf. Excellent starting point for both visits to Malmö, Skanör-Falsterbo, Copenhagen. Bus approx. 100 meters - train to all of Skåne and Denmark from Trelleborg. Suitable for a couple without children. The host couple live in "Strandhuset" and "Sjöboden" nearby and are available if needed.

Originally listed as a horse stable in 1832, this building is now converted into a charming home with its own kitchen and toilet. Perfect for a weekend getaway or a stop along the way on the bike holiday. On the ground floor you will find an open plan kitchen and living room in one, with access to a private terrace as well as a bathroom. On the first floor there is a spacious room with four single beds and a view of the sea from one end of the room. The home must be left in the same condition as upon arrival. Breakfast is available for purchase.

A small charming guest house (30 sqm) located on a nature plot secluded from the main house is rented out for longer and shorter periods. The cottage is perfect for two people (double bed 180 cm ), if you are more, there is an extra bed that works fine for a child. Kitchenette (fridge, freezer, stove, oven, microwave) where there is equipment to cook simpler meals. One bathroom with shower and toilet. No separate bedroom but it is open between the sleeping part and kitchen/dining area. Free parking is about 500 m away from the house.

Close to nature, cozy, quiet environment. The loft has a double mattress and a single. There is an extra mattress and sofa. Equipped kitchen with fridge, freezer and oven/stove. Coffee and tea makers are available. Fully equipped bathroom with shower. The guest house is located further down the residential house's property and parking is available for guests.

Welcome to us in the middle of picturesque Limhamn, a quiet area right by the sea. There are lots of restaurants, cafes and grocery stores. Buses run frequently and will take you everywhere in under 15 minutes. In the guest house, there is free WiFi, a 32-inch TV with Chromecast, good storage, bathroom, dining area and kitchenette and coffee maker. A two-storey house with open plan living. The house is located in old Limhamn near the sea, in a very pleasant area in Malmö. Close to restaurants, shops and marina. Lovely beaches and swimming in easy walking distance. Guests have access to their own patio with garden furniture and barbecue. You easily reach Malmö city center in 15 minutes by bus or bicycle. You can also easily and quickly reach Copenhagen by train from Hyllie station which is 5 km from our house.
