Welcome to our villa apartment, where we have been meticulous about details and comfort. The apartment is furnished on the 1st floor of our villa with room for 3 (4) guests. Our family lives on the ground floor. The apartment consists of one large room, with a nice double bed, a sofa bed, nice kitchen, a large bathroom and a large balcony. Our house is located in Bagsværd, 12 km from Copenhagen C, close to North Zealand. The bus runs right outside the door - 15 min. walk to the S-train - and the possibility of parking for free at the curb.

Here you have everything you need for a shorter stay. The apartment is centrally located in Limhamn, close to Malmö Arena (about 4 km) and to Malmö city (about 5 km). There is a double bed, a sofa, a small dining room table, kitchenette with fridge, stove with two burners, oven and microwave. In the bathroom, there is a toilet, sink, shower and washing machine. In the apartment, there is also a fireplace. However, it is not allowed to burn in it, but some atmospheric candles can be lit. Free Internet and large TV selection.

We welcome guests to the renovated basement level which is about 60 m2, in our old villa from 1929. There is underfloor heating, fireplace, TV, shower, sauna, bathtub, Nespresso, microwave, WiFi and private entrance through carport and workshop. Note: No kitchen. In the bedroom, there is a 160 cm bed and in the TV room a sofa bed (140 cm) You are welcome to be in the garden which has a patio in the corner. Because it is stairs down, it is not handicap accessible. There is free street parking but date parking.

Warm welcome to this child-friendly villa. The house has nice large social areas inside & outside. In the garden, there is lovely lounge furniture,and barbecue. There are 3 bedrooms. A master bedroom with double bed, a bedroom with two 90 cm beds and a room with a 90 cm bed. There are electric car chargers and parking. Car charging there is a charge. The guesthouse has a separate bedroom with 180cm double bed, in the living room there is a sofa bed (140cm) & an extra bed. Fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a shower. Travel cot and bikes are available. The cottage has a private patio with lounge group and dining table, as well as access to free parking with charging for electric car. Welcome!

Very cosy 1 bedroom apartment in the famous Nyhavn facing a courtyard. Great location close to restaurants, cafes and shopping. Walking distance. The apartment is ideal for 2 people. It is possible to be 4 people, but it is with floor bed mattresses in the living room. Please note that there are 3 sets of stairs from the house door to the apartment door. No elevator. I normally live in the apartment myself, so it’s fully stocked with equipment and amenities.
