Newly renovated house in central Skanör close to both Skanör city center and Skanör harbor. A stone's throw away is also the nice beach that Skanör is very famous for. The house has a patio with both a grill, outdoor dining table and a lounge sofa. Laundry room with both washing machine and dryer is available if you would like to rent for a longer period. Small garden cottage 23m2, centrally located

Den lilla stugan i min trädgård är enbart tillgänglig för korttidsuthyrning, max 45 dagar. Den rymmer på 23m2: sovrum, vardagsrum med pentrykök och wc+dusch. Stugan är inte stor men ren och trivsam. I sovrummet finns säng 120 cm och i vardagsrummet en 90 cm-soffa/ säng. Stugan lämpar sig bäst för en person men det går även att bo två gäster i den.
