In the new Klima Haus-Standard A-Nature, the modern 2-room apartment with large kitchen is located on the top floor. The kitchen island is equipped with comfortable bar stools that can be used as a work, dining and game table. The Bora stove is a nice addition for hobby chefs. Welcome to Larcher House! Guests who want to get away from the hustle and bustle, in the midst of the Tyrolean mountains, are in the right place. Enjoy hikes in untouched, still pristine nature, refresh yourself in the nearby natural lake with a Kneipp facility. In winter, you are a few minutes' drive from the glacier cable car or Rifflseebahn (free ski bus stops in the immediate vicinity). Cross-country skiers start right next to the house. We would be happy to welcome you as our guests!

The landlady lives in the same house. The optimal location at the idyllic nature reserve "Völsersee" also convinces with its close location to the varied city life of Innsbruck. If you feel comfortable in the mountains and nature, but do not want to miss the city, this is the place to be.

We are located in Längenfeld directly opposite the Ötztal bakery and close to Tyrol's AQUA DOME spa. On the lower floors there's an Intersport Glanzer that stocks everything sporty types desire. The sunnige (Ötztal dialect for sunny) suite is 84 m² and has a roof terrace with a free-standing outdoor bathtub and a south-facing balcony.
