Welcome to our historical home! The villa was build as a representative domicile for a pharmacist. Nowadays the spacious house offers space for three flats. The holiday home is situated in its souterrain with a direct access to the garden. The residential area is completely private as well as the kitchen. You can reach the private bathroom through a shared corridor. Inside the residential area there is a king-size bed for sleeping for two and a studio couch, that can be used also by up to two.

Very convenient connection to the A 46 highway, bus stop, shopping and conservation area in the immediate vicinity. Solingen main train station can be reached in about 15 minutes by public transport. Wuppertal is 13 km away, Düsseldorf 20 km and Cologne is 30 km away. Ideal for short breaks in the beautiful Bergisches Land, for business travelers and trade fair visitors.

The Grüne Haus is our garden house in a friendly farm landscape. A large meadow, a courtyard, fruit trees and a sunny seat in front of the house invite you to linger, listen to the birds or simply enjoy the day and doze in the hammock. The farm is centrally located in the Bergisch city triangle, at the foot of the castle. A river flows leisurely past it and in front of the gate the hiking trail leads into the enchanting forests of the Wupperberge.
