Die komplett sanierte Degenfabrik bietet Ihnen ein Ambiente, das die Zeit ein wenig langsamer laufen lässt. Parkplatz vorhanden, 10 bis 15 min zur City, diverse Restaurants und Geschäfte, Regionalbahnanbindung. Die Sportanlage liegt hinter dem Haus. Im selben Gebäude betreiben wir eine Kunstgalerie, die gerne besichtigt werden kann.

Unsere Unterkunft liegt nahe der Innenstadt Solingens mit Zugverbindung nach Düsseldorf und Köln, 5 Gehminuten zur Bahn, 10 Minuten in die Innenstadt. Sie befindet sich im Dachgeschoß eines typischen Solinger Fachwerkhauses. Die Wohnung ist ca. 45 qm groß, hat ein separates Schlafzimmer mit ausziehbarem Doppelbett, Küche mit Esstisch, Badezimmer mit Dusche und Wohnzimmer. Sie finden Entspannung nach einem anstrengenden Messetag, einer ausgiebigen Shoppingtour oder einer Wanderung in der Natur.

Neue zentrale Einliegerwohnung

Genieße die zentrale Lage zur Innenstadt mit guten Restaurants und die Laufnähe zum Bahnhof. Das Haus wurde neu saniert samt der Einliegerwohnung. Energie wird nachhaltig über die Photovoltaik und Luftwärmepumpe gewonnen. Wir wohnen auch in dem Haus und stehen dir als Gastgeber gerne persönlich zur Verfügung. Ein Kinderreisebett stellen wir bei Bedarf bereit. Eine Küche ist in Planung und daher in der Wohnung noch nicht vorhanden. Unser Kühlschrank und die Mikro kann gerne mitbenutzt werden.

Modern apartment between Düsseldorf and Cologne

You would live in the small village called “Meigen”. It is very close to the city centre of Solingen. The drive to the city centre is about 5 min. with the car and 10 with the bus. You can park your car almost in front of the apartment. The train station „SG-Mitte“ is also very close. By foot you will need around 20 minutes, with the car only 5 minutes. If you want to ride to Düsseldorf or Cologne you can easily take the train (30-40 min.) or your car (same time), perfect for fairgoers.

Tasteful, approx. 45m² holiday apartment.

Cozy holiday apartment, central, quiet location. The pretty apartment in a half-timbered house has its own entrance and everything you need for everyday life. WLAN, TV, coffee, tea are available to our guests. Popular destinations, supermarkets are in the vicinity. The Müngsten Bridge or Castle Burg can be reached in a few minutes by car or in a few more minutes on foot :) Cologne and D-Dorf are also easy to reach! Small terrace in front of the front door.
