New central in-law unit
Enjoy the central location to the city center with good restaurants and the walking distance to the train station. The house has just been refurbished, including the granny flat. Energy is sustainably generated via photovoltaics and an air-source heat pump. We also live in the house and are happy to be available to you personally as a host. A children's travel crib is provided if needed. A kitchen is in the planning stage and therefore not yet available in the apartment. Our fridge and microwave can also be used.

Our accommodation is located near the city center of Solingen with train connections to Düsseldorf and Cologne, a 5-minute walk to the train, 10 minutes to the city center. It is located in the attic of a typical Solingen half-timbered house. The apartment is about 45 square meters, has a separate bedroom with pull-out double bed, kitchen with dining table, bathroom with shower and living room. You will find relaxation after a strenuous day at the trade fair, an extensive shopping tour or a hike in nature.

Modern apartment between Düsseldorf and Cologne
You would live in the small village called “Meigen”. It is very close to the city centre of Solingen. The drive to the city centre is about 5 min. with the car and 10 with the bus. You can park your car almost in front of the apartment. The train station „SG-Mitte“ is also very close. By foot you will need around 20 minutes, with the car only 5 minutes. If you want to ride to Düsseldorf or Cologne you can easily take the train (30-40 min.) or your car (same time), perfect for fairgoers.

Flat-screen TV 40"/DVD, free Wi-Fi! The full occupancy with 10 guests is only suitable for one to a maximum of two nights and is often used as accommodation for weddings, etc. Please ask.

Beautiful apartment with separate entrance, free parking in front of the house, terrace with garden view. Very convenient connection to the A 46 highway, bus stop, shopping and conservation area in the immediate vicinity. Solingen main train station can be reached in about 15 minutes by public transport. Wuppertal is 13 km away, Düsseldorf 20 km and Cologne is 30 km away. Ideal for short breaks in the beautiful Bergisches Land, for business travelers and trade fair visitors.

The completely renovated Degenfabrik offers you an ambience that makes time run a little slower. Parking is available, 10 to 15 minutes to the city, various restaurants and shops, regional train connection. The sports facility is behind the house. In the same building we run an art gallery that can be visited.

I am renting out my apartment in a quiet yet central location in a two-family house in the beautiful Nacker Bachtal. The living space is spread across an open-plan kitchen-living area, a shower bathroom, and a gallery. On the mezzanine, there is a bed with two sleeping places (a cozy width of 2,0 m). The standing height in the center of the gallery under the gable is 1.90 m. We have two 11 kW wall boxes, and electric cars can currently be charged for €0.50 per kWh.

Cozy holiday apartment, central, quiet location. The pretty apartment in a half-timbered house has its own entrance and everything you need for everyday life. WLAN, TV, coffee, tea are available to our guests. Popular destinations, supermarkets are in the vicinity. The Müngsten Bridge or Castle Burg can be reached in a few minutes by car or in a few more minutes on foot :) Cologne and D-Dorf are also easy to reach! Small terrace in front of the front door.

The apartment (40 square meters) is in a well-kept condition. We look forward to seeing you here in W.-Vohwinkel and hope that you have a pleasant stay. We have already prepared some things for your visit. For the first day you will find coffee, tea, water, spices, pasta, tomato sauce, etc. in the kitchen cupboard. If you have sunny weather, you are also welcome to have a barbecue on the terrace. A small charcoal grill and charcoal are available for you.
