Self-contained 40 sqm cottage with 2 bedrooms, 2 toilets, and 2 TVs. The heating of the cottage can be adjusted with electricity or fireplaces. In the yard sauna, there is a warm shower and firewood ready for heating the stove. You can heat your own meals in the kitchen corner. Good instructions for all functions. Pet fee 10€. Easy departure cleaning = only your own traces. NOTE: Pet economy, wood heating and grandma's cottage smells can cause symptoms for sensitive people. Stairs and uneven yard can make exercise difficult :(

The cottage is equipped with a covered large deck with views through the woods to the back of the lake.

The yard has a patio and a barbecue canopy. The beach of the pond, where boats and a large barbecue hut, are occupied by residents. 12 kilometers from Kajaani. We rent a lakeside sauna for an extra price during the time of the melted land. The maximum number of people is 4 adults + 2 children (under 14).
