The cottage has a kitchen, an attic with four beds (1x double bed 180cm, 1x 80cm frame mattress bed and 1x extendable armchair), a bathroom and a wood-heated sauna. The living room has an atmospheric fireplace. In front of the house there is a terrace and a barn, a glazed porch and a balcony upstairs. In the yard of the cottage, two docks, a lean-to&fires, and a barrel sauna. The possibility of a boat landing from the beach.The property is in a natural setting.

The sun shines on the shore of the cottage well into the evening. The lakeside sauna is located right on the water and the cottage itself is a little higher on the property. Inside, the cabin's running water, an indoor toilet, and a shower to bring a little luxury to the stay. The cottage is equipped with a covered large deck with views through the woods to the back of the lake.

Keittiönurkassa voi lämmittää omia aterioita. Kaikkiin toimintoihin hyvät ohjeet. Lemmikkimaksu 20€. Helppo lähtösiivous=vain omat jäljet pois. HUOM: Lemmikkitalous, puulämmitys ja vanha mökki voivat aiheuttaa oireita herkille. Portaat ja luminen ja jäinen piha voivat hankaloittaa liikuntaa :(

The yard has a patio and a barbecue canopy. The beach of the pond, where boats and a large barbecue hut, are occupied by residents. 12 kilometers from Kajaani. We rent a lakeside sauna for an extra price during the time of the melted land. The maximum number of people is 4 adults + 2 children (under 14).
