Enjoy traditional cottage life on the shores of Lake Oulu. The atmospheric cottage offers a genuine Finnish vibe with a tree sauna, from which you can access the lake to refresh yourself. You have a rowing boat, 2 SUP boards and bicycles. The cottage has a well-equipped kitchen, running water (from the municipal network) and electric heating. In the yard, there is a barbecue, a smoker, and a compost toilet. You can drive directly into the yard. The location is also great for a trip to the north – only 3 km from the 5 road and 20 km from Kajaani. Local services: Neste Kontiomäki, 8 km.

Cozy two-room apartment close to Iisalmi's services – 500 m to the train station, indoor swimming pool on the other side of the road, 1 km to the market square. The apartment can comfortably accommodate 3-4 people. The bedroom has a 160cm bed and the living room has a 140cm sofa with a top mattress. The apartment includes a free carport with a heating pole, there are additional spots along the street. Apartment on 3rd floor (no elevator). The apartment is sometimes for my own use. From the back door of this FAQ route and ski slopes, you can instantly enter the danger of a forest with blueberry, a half hike, or gather mushrooms. The home is unique. The fireplace that provides the ambiance and indoor air cools the air source heat pump. The car can be charged from the ABB-Terra charging station and the skis can be lubricated in the lubrication room.

Just renovated stylish two-room apartment in a quiet area just a couple of kilometers from Sotkamo and about eight kilometers from Vuokatti services. Very close to the beach and a small park with swimming docks. In winter, access to the trails of Sotkamo, Pirttijärvi and Hiukanharju. The local bus of the Sotkamo-Vuokatti area operates in the area. The apartment has, among other things, excellent music listening facilities and a smart TV. The equipment allows for a longer stay. The neighbors are a child- and pet-friendly host couple.

Easy departure cleaning =just your own marks off. NOTE: Pet household, wood heating and old cottage can cause symptoms for sensitive people. Stairs and uneven yard can make it difficult to exercise :(

The sun shines on the shore of the cottage well into the evening. The lakeside sauna is located right on the water and the cottage itself is a little higher on the property. Inside, the cabin's running water, an indoor toilet, and a shower to bring a little luxury to the stay. The cottage is equipped with a covered large deck with views through the woods to the back of the lake.

We rent a lakeside sauna for an extra price during the time of the melted land. The maximum number of people is 4 adults + 2 children (under 14).
