If you're looking for a day out, there are some beautiful places to visit in the local area: – Tiilikkajärvi National Park (approx. 30 mins): trails of various lengths through the forest and along the water. – Älänne: A peaceful area with marshes, ridges and lake basins. – Two-person tour: A woodland trail that ends at a viewpoint overlooking the lake. – Pisavuori: A short but steep climb to the viewing tower. Near the house, there are forest paths for peaceful walks – on your own, with your dog, or to clear your mind. You will find the instructions in the cottage folder.

Villa Kataja holiday home in Paljakka

Completed in 2014, our cottage is located in Paljakka, close to ski trails and mountain bike trails. The cottage's facilities are located on two floors. The glass railed terrace, which is the width of the entire cabin, gives you the opportunity to sense the peace of nature in both winter and summer. In the yard there is a wood storage, a campfire place and a hot tub. A lot to use from April to October, for a separate fee. Pets are prohibited. Distances: Tourist center in Ukkoha 26 km. Shops: Puolanka center 30 km and Ristijärvi 26 km.

A newly renovated stylish two-bedroom apartment in a quiet area just a couple of kilometers from Sotkamo and about eight kilometers from Vuokatti's services. Very close to the beach and a small park with swimming docks. In winter, access to the trails of Sotkamo, Pirttijärvi and Hiukanharju. The local bus of the Sotkamo-Vuokatti area operates in the area. After your workout, you can relax in the sauna. A canopy can be found for your car with a heating plug. It is not possible to charge an electric or hybrid vehicle here. The nearest charging point can be found in the car park of the nearby S-Market. The tenant is responsible for the final cleaning of the property. PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN BED LINEN AND TOWELS.

Lapland is full, come to Kainuu! On a sunny, forested plot in Kajaani, an atmospheric 6-person cottage with a wonderful wood-heated beach sauna. The sun shines on the cottage beach late into the evening. The beach sauna is located right on the water and the cottage itself is a little higher up on the plot. Inside the cottage, running water, indoor toilet and shower bring a little luxury to your stay. The cottage is equipped with a covered large terrace with views through the forest to the back of the lake.

We are happy to welcome you to the cozy Villa Koira-2 cottage for a holiday in Finland at any time of the year. The house is fully equipped with all necessary appliances, TV, Wi-Fi, kitchen with dishwasher, large living room with fireplace. A bathroom with a shower and a sauna. There are 2 bedrooms (2 +1) and a second floor (3 beds and a bathroom) that can accommodate 6 guests. The slopes/tracks of Vuokatti are 5-7 minutes away. Bed linen is available on request (10 euros/set).
