Studio in artist atelier 10km from the atlantic

Every year in August, we invite friends, artists and architects to produce their projects and work with us at "Maison Merveille". We are a non profit organization and the one room we rent will help finance some of our production costs to improve the quality of the house and atelier. The house is located in the center of little town Saint Vincent de Tyrosse. It is a good location if you want to explore the region's amazing diversity of nature, landscapes and beaches. We have good tips!

Bonjour, Le logement est relié à la fibre. Le logement que nous proposons est récent et attenant à notre maison. Il se situe à 15mn de l'océan, il accueille 2 adultes . Nous acceptons les petits chiens (nous consulter au préalable) qui s'entendent bien avec les chats. Les animaux ne doivent pas rester seuls dans le logement. Le logement est situé dans un village à l'orée du bois communal. Petit plus: vidéo projecteur xgimi + écran pour vos soirées ou journées pluvieuses!

Air-conditioned Zen loft, with its furnished terrace, parking, perfect for 2 people Max. Close to the city center, 500 m from the lake, beaches (free bus to beaches in summer) and 200 m from the bike paths. (possibility to rent 2 bikes, with helmets and locks at the price of €8/day/person, discounted prices, contact me). The loft includes a Japanese staircase with staggered steps, which can be complicated for people with reduced mobility. (see photos of the staircase)

Soustons - Comfortable lodge near the ocean

Come and enjoy this elegant lodge completely renovated in the city center, close to the ocean and forest. You will be seduced by its neat decor, its different spaces designed for your comfort with beautiful services and its garden away from prying eyes. It offers one bedroom and can accommodate up to 2 guests. At the back of our garden, you have peace and quiet and perfect privacy. Close to shops on foot. Bed linen and towels are provided as well as 2 bicycles.

Charm in the wild

The 60 m2 apartment is centrally located in the village of Seignosse, in the quiet of a cul-de-sac. All amenities are close by (bakery, grocery store, hairdresser, etc.). Once in the apartment, you will be seduced by the brightness and tranquility of the place. The living room opens onto a private pond whose colors change with the hours of the day. The 13 m2 covered terrace will allow you to enjoy this idyllic setting around a meal, breakfast... or an aperitif.

In the immediate vicinity of the lake and shops (food, bike rental, cinema...), the accommodation is 10 min by car and 30 min by bike from the ocean. The beaches of Hossegor and Seignosse are also 20 min away by car. Many bike paths allow you to get around in the middle of nature. Bedroom with double bed + a sofa bed in the living room.

We are located in downtown Soustons. So you have all the shops next door: bakery, pharmacy, restaurants, doctor, cinema... Our mini house is located at the bottom of our garden. Reversible air conditioning that heats in winter and will cool you down in summer. You have a dining area with dishes enclosed by a veranda, a living area with sofa bed, a bathroom, a sleeping area.
