We offer our tiny cottage, attached to the main house. It has a kitchen, a bathroom with shower, a sleeping alcove that can be reached via a ladder and a great view of horses, dogs and an aviary of chickens. The cottage is in the south of Speyer in a COMMERCIAL AREA and can be at least 2 nights. Close to the riverside forest and only 5 minutes by car or 20-30 minutes by foot from the cathedral and the city center. Not far away is a bus stop. There's wifi, it's quite, very bad.

Since our tenant only needs the flat for a few days a year, you can book it. It is on the 3rd floor, which means there are 5 steps once and 15 steps three times to negotiate. We have installed 3 ceiling fans at the moment the one in the living room is broken, Non-smoking apartment!!!
