Small cozy bright attic apartment in Speyer

Since our tenant only needs the apartment a few days a year, you can book it. It is on the 3rd floor, which means there are 1 x 5 steps and 3 x 15 steps to manage. We have installed 3 ceiling fans. Currently the one in the living room is defective, This is a non-smoking apartment!!! There is a covered smoking corner behind the house where you can also sit comfortably. If someone wants to lock up or charge a bicycle or motorcycles, we have a lockable garage with power connection.

"Especially now, just get out of the city and into the countryside." The apartment is located on the top floor of a completely renovated house dating back to 1745. Modern furnishings, bright rooms, an open layout, and 92 square meters of space. It sleeps 1-6 people. You can relax comfortably on a small balcony. Access is via a separate staircase. We look forward to welcoming guests who want to explore our beautiful Kraichgau region or use it as a stopover on their journey.

We offer a barrier-free, cozy 1 room kitchenette apartment centrally located in the Speyer city center/pedestrian zone, in a two-family home. The kitchen is fully equipped for you. The spacious bathroom offers a walk-in shower, as well as underfloor heating. A sofa bed 180 x 200 meters or a 3rd bed are possible. For 4 people or more, we offer a portable air bed 180 × 200 meters - comfortable, but not the quality of a box spring bed! We look forward to seeing you!

Directly behind it the vineyards offer a fantastic view over the Rhine valley. We are happy to open our bright, charming apartment, equipped with every modern comfort, for anyone who wants to explore the Palatinate. We offer a delicious breakfast with homemade products separately.
