Passage kitchen only 1.83 Approximately 1300 meters to the Technik Museum/swimming pool, 1600 meters to the cathedral/city center, lots of greenery, the Rhine and Alter Rhein are close by. A guest said I should mention the Rhine bike path, which is also very nice. I have a lockable garage with electricity for bicycles and motorcycles. There are plenty of shops and restaurants. Only suitable for allergy sufferers to a limited extent.

Ab Frühsommer 2026 gibt es eine exklusive Sauna, diese kann optional gebucht werden. Rauchen ist nur im Freien erlaubt!! Es stehen zwei Parkplätze im Innenhof kostenlos zur Verfügung. Die Villa liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Nachbarschaft umgeben von weiteren Villen und denkmalgeschützen Gebäuden wie u.a. Die ehemalige Filzfabrik Hess. Der Wohnort von Friedrich Hess selbst war genau diese Villa.
