Your flat in our half-timbered house is the ideal starting point for excursions to the Black Forest, Kraichgau or to Karlsruhe and Stuttgart. Our farmhouse is located north of the "Black Forest Nature Park". Nature invites you to cycle, hike and discover: orchards, forests, meadow valleys and high moors, gorges, streams & lakes! And vineyards. But you can also relax in our garden and enjoy local wine or craft beer. We have 2 dogs and 1 cat, turtles and sheep (not always on premise).

Since our tenant only needs the apartment a few days a year, you can book it. It is on the 3rd floor, which means there are 1 x 5 steps and 3 x 15 steps to manage. We have installed 3 ceiling fans. Currently the one in the living room is defective, This is a non-smoking apartment!!! There is a covered smoking corner behind the house where you can also sit comfortably. If someone wants to lock up or charge a bicycle or motorcycles, we have a lockable garage with power connection.

We offer a barrier-free, cozy 1 room kitchenette apartment centrally located in the Speyer city center/pedestrian zone, in a two-family home. The kitchen is fully equipped for you. The spacious bathroom offers a walk-in shower, as well as underfloor heating. A sofa bed 180 x 200 meters or a 3rd bed are possible. For 4 people or more, we offer a portable air bed 180 × 200 meters - comfortable, but not the quality of a box spring bed! We look forward to seeing you!
